You'll start from photo #2. Follow route 45 south until it intersects 398 (not far), then follow that along the coast. Cross the bridge and stay with the main road. Eventually you'll reach a coast city, meeting up with 108 and hooking back up with 45. You'll also see the end of a large blue line with several "IC" labels (the expressway).
