The rest of the international community is always very quick to condemn American actions in Iraq. Why is it that instead of offering pointless condemnation, they do not instead offer troops or other aid; especially when it is these same nations that will be all over Iraq for work once the country has stabilized? It is very unfortunate that these types of tactics must be used to “thirst” the insurgents into submission. It seems that if there were more troops, the battle would be over sooner and there would be no need to cut innocent people off from the water supply.
